Tips for the best burn quality

~ When lighting your candles for the very first time, make sure to let it
burn completely across the surface before extinguishing.

~ If you want it to burn across the top completely, it's necessary to do
that the first time.

~ Also, let your candle burn approx. 1 hour for each inch in diameter
for the best possible burn.

~For best results, votive candles should be burned in a tight fitting
container
                          Candle Safety
~ Never leave a burning candle unattended.

~ Do not burn near flammable objects such as curtains, lamp shades,
blankets or furniture.

~ Burn only on heat resistant surfaces, they can become hot enough to
damage furniture.

~ Do not move a burning candle, or place in a draft, let the candle cool
completely before carrying.

~ Keep candle free of foreign material - matches, wick clippings;
decorations, etc.

~ Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch for paraffin candles and 1/8" to a nub on
gel candles,to avoid excessive smoking.

~ Discontinue burning when less than 1/2 inch of wax remains at the
bottom of the container. Burning all the way to the bottom could cause the
jar container to shatter.

~ Avoid burning candles in drafty areas (near opened doorways &
windows).
